1. Use a mild detergent (around pH 7), gently scrub and rinse thoroughly. Use cold water for washing, as hot water may cause shrinkage and damage the elastic fibers.

2. Slight color fading during the first wash of dark or vibrant fabrics is considered normal. Excess dye is usually removed after 1-2 washes. Seperating dark-colored garments before washing helps prevent dye transfers and color absorption onto lighter items.

3. Hand washing is recommended to prolong the product’s lifespan. If prefer the convenience of a washing machine, place product in a laundry bag before washing. Please avoid tumble drying, using bleach or fabric softener, as these may damage the fabric.

4. Avoid strongly alkaline detergents (e.g. laundry soap). Use mild, neutral detergent to maintain elasticity and comfort.A slight oily feel on first wash is normal, rinse well before use.

1. Loose threads, unopened buttonholes, minor unravelling, small stains, measurement discrepancies of 1–2cm (laid flat), and slight colour differences due to lighting or screen display.

2. New items may carry a slight smell from the fabric or dye. This will gradually fade after airing and washing.

3. Printed items may have slight inconsistencies in print distribution or minor imperfections such as small print dots or colour spots (under 0.5cm²), which are within acceptable range.
