MarCella in Malaysia: Local Warehouse, Fast Delivery & Local Payment

If you've found MarCella and wondered "Is this brand actually available in Malaysia? Do they ship locally? Is there a store I can visit?" — this page answers all of it.

Short version: yes, we're officially in Malaysia. We ship from our own warehouse in Selangor, deliver in 3–5 working days to West Malaysia, and accept Touch'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay and other local payment methods. We're online-only for now — you can shop at marcella.my.

Who is MarCella?

MarCella is a Taiwanese underwear brand with 38 years of manufacturing experience, specialising in seamless and seamfree panties and wireless bras. We officially launched our Malaysian online store in 2026, with local warehousing and local customer service.

Do you ship from Malaysia or from Taiwan?

From Malaysia. All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Selangor. Although we're a Taiwanese brand, we set up local warehousing specifically so Malaysian customers don't have to wait for international shipping or deal with customs.

How long does delivery take?

  • West Malaysia: 3–5 working days after shipment
  • East Malaysia & Singapore: 7–14 working days after shipment
  • Orders are shipped within 3 working days of confirmation (excluding public holidays)

What payment methods can I use?

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections:

  • E-wallets: Touch'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost
  • Cards: Visa, Mastercard (credit & debit)
  • Mobile: Apple Pay, Google Pay

Do you have a physical store in Malaysia?

Not yet — we're online-only. You can browse and order at marcella.my. Because we can't offer in-person fitting, we've made sizing as forgiving as possible: our seamless fabric stretches up to 200%, so it accommodates a wider range of body shapes than a standard size chart suggests.

Yes. Our Malaysian operations run under a locally registered company:

Which areas do you deliver to?

West Malaysia, East Malaysia, and Singapore. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your area and parcel weight.

Can I return or exchange?

Yes — for faulty items or incorrect orders (wrong style, size or quantity). For hygiene reasons, some conditions apply.
